Financial Accountability

Every donation received by TASSEL will be used wisely for the people of Cambodia. The founder funds 100% of all administrative expenses, and 100% of all donations received from sources other than the founder are used to support direct expenses. Receipts of all expenditures are scanned and made available to donors on request.

TASSEL is a 501(c)(3) public charity registered in the U.S.A. and all donations are tax-deductible for U.S. donors. As a public charity, TASSEL files tax returns annually with the U.S. IRS, California Franchise Tax Board, and also files an annual registration with the California Attorney General's office.  To access TASSEL's filings as well as reports sent out annually to donors, please click the links below.
